My Book

Screen Children

I am the author of Screen Children, published in English and Turkish in 2021.

The book grew out of my experience as a mother raising children in the digital age, combined with research into the psychological, physical, and social effects of excessive screen use.

Dr. Gabor Maté endorsed the book, describing it as a science based warning about the impact of digital technology and a practical guide to reducing and mitigating its harms.
