Confidential support for people carrying significant responsibility
Leadership can be isolating. The higher you rise, the fewer places there may be where you can be completely honest about uncertainty, pressure, vulnerability, conflict, or exhaustion.
I work with executives, senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals navigating challenges such as:
Leadership pressure and decision fatigue
Chronic stress, anxiety, and burnout
Perfectionism and self doubt
Difficult workplace relationships
Career transitions and questions of meaning
Executive isolation and loneliness
Relationship and parenting challenges
Changes in identity and priorities
The impact of professional life on personal wellbeing
You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from counseling. Sometimes the most important work begins when everything looks successful from the outside.
The person behind the professional role
At senior levels, you may be expected to have the answers, carry responsibility for others, and remain confident and composed even when things feel difficult.
Counseling offers a confidential space where you do not have to perform, lead, or solve. You can step outside the professional role and explore what is really happening within you.
Corporate experience meets counseling training
Before becoming a counselor, I spent more than twenty years at Procter & Gamble, working as a director in a global corporate environment. I led research, managed diverse teams, worked across cultures, and experienced firsthand the pressures of performance, leadership, and responsibility.
My training in counseling allows me to bring a different lens to these experiences.
I understand both the external demands of professional life and the internal experience of the person carrying them.
